• Window Cleaning

  With a highly responsive and mobile team, al Zoba provides professional window cleaning services to the hotel, construction, retail and property management industries throughout Kuwait. Servicing both low and high rise buildings, there is no job considered too big or too small and our attention to detail is second to none.

• Facade Restoration

  While window cleaning works are common, façade cleaning is often overlooked. Just like the windows, pollution such as carbon and salts build up on the rest of the buildings surfaces. This building up of pollution detracts from the building paint, structural steel and masonry surfaces. This problem is magnified when the property is in close proximity to the ocean or heavily trafficked areas.

  Al Zoba provides low and high pressure washing services that will maintain the entire façade in the one operation, often saving our clients thousands of Dinners in remedial repair on their assets.

• Power Washing

  We have anodized aluminum and stainless steel maintenance programs. We have restoration coatings for the cleaning, preservation, painting, maintenance and restoration of commercial/industrial and high rise residential building facades.

  Al Zoba have developed an adapted pressure washing unit that enables the rope technicians to use at a height via a holding tank built into the machine, this also enables the machines water flow to meet current Kuwait water restrictions requirements.

  Al Zoba also has a 6m extension wand to enable up to 2 stories to be done safely from the ground operations.

  Pressure washing by nature has a high noise level, and Hazards regarding water. Al Zoba has safe working methods in place to allow the commencement of work in a safe and unobtrusive manner.

• Safety

  Roped access has a low accident rate compared to other work techniques. This is due to the fact than an operative will always be connected to two anchors and ropes and would have been subject to stringent selection and training standards.

  To make sure we provide a safe working environment for both our employees and our clients, we have developed a safety program involving both employees and equipment. Every month the team meets at HQ where safety for any jobs as well as all aspects of equipment and procedures are discussed.

  Every day that the teams work, they walk through a safe work method statement and sign off an agreed process of work instruction prior to commencing any activity. They also work through the toolbox talks for the site/job and ensure that any improvements or concerns are highlighted quickly for the client. All equipment is inspected daily and/or according to the manufacturer's recommendation.

  All Projects undertaken by the teams out in the field require every member of Al Zoba to show duty of care for themselves, colleagues, clients and everyone in their working environment.

• Equipment:

  Our professional equipment, from step ladders to highly specialized scaffold equipment, is ANSI and OSHA approved, providing for the safety of our employees and peace of mind for our clients.

• Insurance:

  All employees are covered under workers insurance and workman's compensation which specifically covers all high rise work insurance. All employees are also bonded for your peace of mind. Copies are available upon request.
